How to Travel Cheaply In Australia

I’ve lost track of how many people that have told me that Australia is an expensive place to travel. They must be living the luxury lifestyle if that’s the case. Australia, if anything was one of the cheapest places I have ever travelled round, so much so that I made bucketloads of money when I was there, indeed enough to take 4 months off work. People, and particularly young backpackers are clearly going to the wrong spots, or perhaps ill-informed, badly prepared or simply spending money in the wrong way. Here’s 12 reasons to prove the myth wrong, all from my own experience of living in Australia:

Camping out – cheap and cheerful

1. Sleeping – Although hostels are great, take a break from them. Don’t be spending your entire time in hostels getting drunk! Camping is the best option for travelling cheap in Australia. A tent can be bought … Read More

Blending With Aloha Spirit

I arrived in Honolulu after 12 hours flight and a stop of 12 hours in Seoul where I was a temporary guest at the Hyatt Regency in the outskirts of Seoul; had a Korean ‘Nouvelle Cuisine’ Lounge style buffet lunch in a rather minimalist environment surrounded by glass and icy cold breeze where the steam of hot noodle soups looked like warmth from heaven. The arrival at Honolulu airport was quite different and the connection with the Pacific Ocean breeze immediately captured my attention, as did the Polynesian smiles and the rhythm of life. After the encounter with the engineer who build houses on the Moon and Mars I quickly realized I was going to be away from pollution, far away from the closest mainland, away from duality: the Islands of Hawaii are a bounty-full experience of beauty, oneness with the Universe codes of respect for nature, the unseen, the … Read More

The Death of "RG" Coaxial Cable and the Rise of the Times Microwave Standard

It’s important not to confuse coaxial cables made to current Military Specifications (M17/75 or Mil Spec) with those now simply labeled as “RG”. In order to regulate and develop specifications for coaxial cable used during WWII the Government adopted a series of cable designations taken from the Radio Guide and know as “RG” to define coaxial cable type, size and construction. Unlike current Mil Spec coax which must meet tough specific criteria, RG coax made today meets only the standards of the company producing it. While all RG cables of a certain name may be the same size, RG does not define construction standards of even materials in many cases. In the Ham and Amateur Radio world RG continues to be used mainly to define cable size and type due to the years it was an accepted standard. These types of coax cable were once all listed in the MIL-HDBK-216 … Read More

Benefits Of Using A Sheepskin Car Seat Cover

If you want to add more comfort and style to your car, then you might want to invest on a high quality seat cover. One of your best bets would be seat cases made from sheepskin. They are comfortable in ways you could not imagine, and they’re very stylish to boot.

Seat covers made from other materials cannot even compare to the benefits that sheepskin covers can offer. For instance, custom leather seat cases may add class and sharpness to your car’s interior but they do not really give you that much-needed comfort factor. Seat covers made from leather are not well-cushioned to begin with and if you include outside factors like cold and hot weather, the effects are almost unbearable. Sheepskin seat covers, on the other hand, offer a more regulated temperature, meaning you will have no worries about being roasted or frozen in your seat during extreme temperatures.… Read More

What’s With The "Rah-Rah" Meetings?

Good afternoon! Today, I’m going to make a lot of people angry.

I need you to understand that it is not my intent or focus to upset anyone. My intent and focus, my mission, is to educate and help people understand how the network marketing industry works. And to do that, I realize that some people might take offense or be upset by what I say. If you are one of those people, I apologize in advance. I am not anti-MLM or anti-network marketing. In fact, I think that network marketing and MLM is probably the best place on the planet for the “little guy” to get started with a few hundred bucks, and turn that into a huge residual income.

Unfortunately, network marketing and MLM both have sketchy reputations. Personally, I am anti-B.S., and I want to take a few moments to look at one of the most misunderstood … Read More
